 Vanadium V: 1.30 ~ 1.70 (allowable deviation: ± 0.05)

 ● Mechanical Properties: 

 Hardness: the hardness of delivery: (processing methods) ≤ 269HB; (annealing) ≤ 255HB. Sample heat treatment and quenching and tempering hardness: ≥ 63HRC (box furnace), and ≥ 64HRC (salt bath furnace) 

 ● Heat treatment and microstructure: 

 The specification of the heat treatment: quenching, 820 ~ 870 ° C preheat, 1210 ~ 1230 ° C (salt bath furnace) or 1220 ~ 1240 ° C (box furnace) heating, oil cooler, 540 ~ 560 ℃ tempering two times, each time 2h.
